This video takes you through the six movements of the spine.  It starts in a seated position, goes to kneeling, and ends in standing. It would be a great morning practice, warm up, or anytime you need to gently get yourself moving. The six movements of the spine will make the joints more fluid, and the muscles in the back more supple.
