Fresh Start is a gentle mixed level class that always includes a warm-up, breath practice, postures and relaxation. Though this class may have challenging components, it will accessible for most. Once you are up you are up, and once you are down you are down. The movements are guided by your breath, but would not be considered a typical ‘Vinyasa Flow’.
