River Warrior Yoga invites you to relax, reduce stress and heal with an ambient evening of sound healing. Join us Wednesday September 20th, 6-7:15pm, at River Warrior Yoga for a semi-private, candlelit gong relaxation with Carrie Evans of JOYSpring Yoga.
Make yourself comfortable in an intimate setting while waves of angelic tones wash over you, rebalancing your glandular and nervous systems, relieving stress and fatigue & clearing energy blockages. The ancient gong is said to be the sound embodiment of all of consciousness and resonates with us down to a cellular level thereby renewing all body systems. You will release worries, anger & fears and step into a space of peace and greater well-being. Please wear loose, comfortable clothing, light refreshments will also be served.
